Sarah joined the team in 2006. After establishing her career at The Avenue, in 2019 Sarah became a shareholder in the company and maintains the role of Director of Education and Hiring Manager. Although she is still behind the chair two days a week specializing in hand tied hair extensions, her true passion is having the privilege of mentoring new talent in the salon. Through her position as Director of Education she is able to share her love for her craft, develop The Avenue's next generation of rising stars and continue the Avenue's legacy.
