Hannahis the Director of Operations at the salon and spa, bringing nearly two decades of dedication and leadership to the team. She began her journey with the company in 2008 and has been a proud shareholder since 2019.
In her role, Hannah oversees much of the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the business running smoothly, from systems and strategy to supporting the team’s day-to-day success. While her work often happens off the floor, she truly thrives on connection and values the relationships she’s built with both guests and staff over the years.
